Off on my hols a week tomorrow, and with lots of things to buy, I'm unsure of whether to wait till next week :)

what i want to know is when is the real topshop one starting? i was earwigging on a conversation between two staff today, who mentioned having a floorplan to set out, which i think is in ref to the sale, but no date! grrr... anyone know?

Just thought other people might be interested in this with the current metallic obsession! I bought a really nice gold shrug in HM today, it's a kind of metallic knitted fabric with short sleeves and was only £9.99. I got the last one in my local store so not sure if the've been around for a while. Much nicer than the Primark ones in my opinion...

hello ladies im on a quest to find a pair of shorts that are knee length and not made of linen, i did a search but all the threads were from april so im not sure if the shorts that have been previously mentioned would still be instore, my budget is about £40 where would you suggest i should start looking? please help me find the perfect pair of shorts thank you any help would be much appreciated :)

Primark have lots of linen trousers at the moment - you could buy a pair take them up ?

thanks catslife but im really strange and cant stand anything made out of linen i dont know why i just dont like the look or feel of it, it doesnt help either that nearly everything this season is made out of linen :rolleyes:

sorry bout O/T thread, but I've been really down lately, about my job.
I work as a sales exec. in a health club, whilst I'm studying to become a Personal trainer.
But the club is 1.5 hours travel each way everyday, which means I have had to slack on so many things, like my training, my studying, my boyfriend, I have had to chose what was most important, and the job bring the money in, so :meh:
I called my old manager on friday (he used to work with me where I am now),
and he now works for a bigger, much better company,
and he said he's forward my CV to his sales regional manager.
Yesterday this guy left a message,
today I called him back,
I went to see him today, as he happened to be in the club,
that's near me, he offered me the job today, and said he's never done that before, but he was impressed with me :yay: :yay:
So ladies :D
I've now got a job in a massive, really posh healthclub, only 20mins from where I live, where I can go onto do m PT in, when I qualify :yay:
