OK, I am really really cranky at Lush. I ordered the gold hobo bag and a tan clutch from them last Friday via their website and paid for it by Paypal. i have an e-mail from Paypal confirming payment and I have checked my paypal account and Lush have been paid.
However, I have not heard a thing from Lush, nor have I had an e-mail from Fedex to tell me my goods are shipped. When I have bought from Lush before I have had e-mails from both Lush and Fedex usually ont he same day or at the latest overnight.
I have inquired / complained to Lush 6 times now - via the contact address on the website and via an e-mail address for the sales team. I have not had a single response.:mad:
I have just gone into the website again and tried to re-order the bags and they no longer have the tan clutch on the website so if they haven't processed my order then I can no longer buy it.
Also, I checked my Account details and it say I have never ordered from them - bullsht !! I have bought three bags from them already and have ordered another two !
Sorry for the rant but this is really annoying me, particularly as I have also been happy to come on here and post about their excellent service before.
Has anyone got any other ways of contacting Lush - a phone number for instance ?? Puddy, you're their best customer, you must have a hotline direct to HQ by now !

thanks Puds - the Lush manager had e-mailed and was EXTREMELY apologetic about all the mix-up and has offered me a free wallet with my next order. I'm not really happy with that as that means I have to make another order to get it....but I suspect that will not be a problem for me ! Although I was 'trying' to stop buying heres.....:rolleyes:

1 Attachment(s) I posted a while ago that I was looking for an informal bridesmaids dress in lilac, it needed to be long (as I hate my legs) but not too traditional as my mums not having a traditional wedding dress.
Now my mums decide she wants me to have pink, which is just as hard to find, the wedding is in 5 week's and I really don't have time to go around every shop again.
Do you think this is too traditional? It's from next and is 100% silk. I'm thinking they've probably 'puffed' it out for the pic and it isn't treally that 'puffy' :confused: What do you think?

it is kind of traditional but it's not :sleep: traditional, iyswim :confused: :D i think the fabric is probably going to hang out a little bit and swish when you walk. would also look 100% better on someone with boobs, too! :D
if you're tight for time, the monsoon and debenhams websites are fab for frocks like that and you can always order a pile, try them on and send them back.

The dress is nice, but I would check with your mum about the weddingy-ness of it before going ahead and buying it. I'm having a more casual wedding dress in pink and that would be too much for my MoH, in fact she has the green strapless a line dress from Next as her outfit. I'm not sure if I like the shade of pink of the dress but thats down to personal preferance really.

One of my clients (24-ish, small and timid) saved for almost a year to buy a pair of Louis Vuitton pumps. She took her money in to buy them, having dressed up all smart for the occassion and taken a friend in for moral support and.....
they were so rude to her! They told her they are not for 'ordinary' people and only come in 'model sizes'.
So today I took the whole group in there and proceeded to turn the salesman into a gibbering wreck because I knew more about all the styles and sizes than he did.
I might be small but I feel a darn side better.

18.5 x 34 x 17cm and the handles measure 37 cm
Which quite correspond with the Mulberry website. I know it's not a Bayswater. It's a Ledbury if anything.

Yes. I think it's very pretty. Great for summer, but I don't like copies of designer stuff. I don't know why. I just don't. So if I got it and it wasn't, then I'd have to sell it on or chuck it out.
