Ideas for jazzing up dress!
I have a ball coming up and am going to wear a dress I've had for years because it fits perfectly, but I'd like to make it more interesting!
It is a very dark bottle green velvet, long bias cut gown with copper beading on the halterneck strap and a cowly low neckline.
The last time I wore it all my accessories were a deep red, any ideas for this time? I'm vaguely considering turquoise, a "peacock" type theme, what do you girls think?

Butler and Wilson have the most adorable evening bag in gold, i bought it for my 21st party, along with some gold Pied a Tierre sandals. Gold Gold Gold! i'm just loving metallics right now but with a dark geen dress i think it could look gorgeous, they'd really compliment eachother

Keep your jewellery simple around your neck so not to detract from the neck line.
And some fab shoes with a lovely clutch - I got a great one off ebay shops, that are shipped from Hong Kong.

Love the idea of a cuff! i bought a gold one form Oasis and its so different, when people ask where its from they dont believe me! it really looks like an old vintage piece that i've found in a morrocan market or something!

I phoned up Southampton branch this afternoon to see if they had any before i treked all the way there. Woman i spoke to said they sold out ages ago (think she must have thought i ment the gold ones and didn't know about the silver ones)

Hello, hope someone can help. My friend wants one of those pretty shrug / cape thingys but she has seen some you slip your arms through (like proper sleepes) and now we can't find one anywhere! They look like a micro cardigan...

There are a few cute things this week. I'm still quite tempted by the Miu Miu resin bead flat leather sandals they had in new last week. I tried the suede ones but didn't care for them, but might give those ones a try.
