'let me give you a tip... look at their necks (adams apples)... they're f*ckin' dudes man!!!!!'
They were actually quite nice looking, but TOO nice looking if you get what I mean!!!

    Glasgow Primark - any good?!
Anyone know if the Sauchiehall St. Primark is any 'good' in terms of size, range of stock etc?
I have just been bitten by the Primark bug after buying a green gypsy skirt for £6!!
    TIA, CG
    Answer:
It has a really good range, and is better laid out than most Primarks I've been to. It looks like a normal shop, whereas many of them look more like a jumble sale/charity shop/bomb site.
    Answer:
It's pretty huge, usually has a good mixture of decent and chav stuff, and carries shoes, accessories, bags and homewear.
On the down side, it's always mobbed, and always such a mess - go really early in the morning unless you are ready to brave the masses!
    Answer:
    Cool, thank you!

    Ladies,
I just got phished. In case any of you are as stupid as I am, please be aware of what is happening at the moment.
I received a very authentic looking email from ebay, I followed the link and signed in which immediately confirmed my account details (I know, I know, it just looked so real and I hadn't heard about the scam)
Anyway, this morning i received a load of real emails from ebay to confirm items that I didn't list. I tried to log on to ebay to see what was going on and had been locked out of my account.
I have since emailed ebay and they have confirmed that there is 3rd party activity on my account, they are investigating it, the items have been removed and my account has been suspended.
I have also informed paypal and my bank who have confirmed that no 3rd party activity has been recorded and they have cancelled my credit card.
I just wanted to warn anyone who isn't aware. i am usually pretty savvy regarding these things but they got me good and proper and I only found out by chance as I looked into my personal email account to find a photo this morning.
If you receive any emails with a link to ebay, check the address bar when you get to site and if it doesn't look right, forward it to spoof@ebay.co.uk
    :o :banghead:
    Answer:
Aww! Glad everythings ok now! I get these emails all the time, i'll be sure to report them next time!
    Answer:
I didn't know anything about this, so thanks for posting! I hope your account gets sorted soon xx
    Answer:
As a rule of thumb... i've been registered with ebay for about 18 months and apart from verifying my account I have never received anything from them which has required your details.
Sometimes they're getting smart now as the mails are actually coming from an ebay.com addy which I really don't understand... but all the links are disguised.
The only emails I get from ebay are promotional ones, like xmas or valentines day ads or 1p listing day ads... never anything else.
The same goes with paypal too.
I once got duped by one of these scam emails within the first week of my registering with ebay, so I guess I was naive back then but became suspicious when they asked for my bank details... the only thing I submitted was my username and password, but once I noticed I went straight on and changed it and never had a problem... would have been quite a mess if I went as far as giving out my banking details, they wouldn't have been so quick convenient to change.
    Answer:
Poor you!!There are so many scammers out there-I forward everything I get to spoof@ebay.co.uk,even if I think they are authentic,it is the one time Ebay actually get back to you!!
I had one a week ago that may have been the same saying I hadnt paid my fees (I had) and it looked real to me.
    I couldn't live without Ebay!!

    NO.4. ask :
Has anyone seen any nice combats?
I'd like a dark coffee/browny coloured pair of combats and wondered if anyone had seen any nice ones anywhere. I need a 33 inch leg so anywhere selling longer length ones would be great.
    Thank you :)
    Answer:
I haven't seen combats around for ages now... If you want some now I would try an army surplus store or something. There used to be quite a good one in turnpike lane called nomad... but I wouldn't know if it's still there.
If it is, you probably walked past it on your way to check out the indian shops there the other month!
    Answer:
Hmm can't say I noticed it, but then again I wasn't looking out for it.
I've seen a pair on the Warehouse site for £45 (sheesh!) but I wanna have a look around first.
    Any other sugggestions?
    Answer:
Sorry... no help at all other than just to say don't bother with nomad... I did a google on them just now and it looks like they've become morelike millets now. Maybe lawrence corner on tottenham court road or camden market has army surplus stuff... I have noticed they always have the whole range of colours of camouflage.
    Answer:
Ok ..am planning a bit shopping trip next month so will breeze through those place.
One of my work colleagues has a fab pair from Topshop but I think she got them a while back - damnit!

I went into my overdraft :banghead:
    Answer:
I'm ALWAYS doing this - and just recently I've gone into my overdraft for the sake of 2 new tops, a pair of boots, jewellery and a skirt. I'm a bad girl too, but it makes me feel good!
