Holes in my ears?

I just recently stopped wearing extra earrings in my ears, but the holes are still visable! Please help?

Yeh i've seen it in this months glossies, it is really nice. Doubt they'll have my leg length though, they never do in the UK. I prefer to buy GAP in America there is a wider range and its cheaper.
ETA: Yep just checked only do regular leg lengths :( oh well!

Hi baggers,
This is slightly related to fashion so hence the post!
Basically, i really want to get into fashion retail. Now ive been out of work since december ive applied for jobs within fashion and had no reply off them at all!
Now this reallt annoys me as i think the companys should have the decency to get in touch with the applicants that have applied and been unsuccessful.
So anyway, i saw a job advertised today, which took my fancy, so i rang the employer and she said "im looking for somebody whos got fashion retail experience!"
Why oh why!!! Also, how am i supposed to get into fashion retail when companys like these wont even give me a chance? Do you think i should put on my covering letter attached to my cv that i have no experience, but willing to learn? Or do you think companys are looking at my cv and thinking why is an assistant manager applying for a sales assistant vacancy?
I know it probably does look strange to them in a way, as i was with my old company for 2.5 years and got made redundant in december, but i also have plenty of retail experience though.
So, any advice baggers, is much appreciated as im getting annoyed!!

Do you want to eventually become a store manager? What's your ultimate goal in the industry/ If I were you, I'd just lie! (but then I'm naughty like that!)
In all my past part time jobs in fashion retail, they never checked up on my referees, even though they were all legit.
Just how much 'experience' do you need to smile and be pleasant to customers and be attentive?
I found it helped more to go instore myself and hand in my CV - that's how I got all my retail jobs. Two of the shops hired me on the spot after taking me round the back for an impromptu interview there and then.

Yeah, since ive been out of work ive ben offered 2 assistant managers vacancies but i turned them down, as the job itself is too stressful, and i never had any time for myself, thats why i really want to work part time, with just a few hours a week so i have got time to myself to do other things.
The job that i rang up earlier today was part time too and the pay was more than i was on!!!!!!! But this is what i want as i will not then have any responsibility eg: open up and lock up, cash up, meeting sales etc. It all got too much for me.
Maybe you are right, to go into these places and see them in person.
I mean i really cant understand the difference between working in retail and fashion retail, there cant be like such a MEGA difference can there??:confused:
