Answer:
I like it, very Bond Girl. I'm too fat and old for stuff like that but it would look fab on a curvy youngster :D
Answer:
Me likey too.
I do think it looks great on that particular model tho, because of her shape and skin tone. Maybe it wouldn't look so great with fair skin and big white thighs... (read; moi) :(
Answer:
Mraaoow!
Fab. I want one too. But I'm not getting a holiday this year so there's no point :boohoo:

    what do you think (hat)?
I saw a very expensive version of one of these in a magazine a few weeks ago and instantly fell in love with it. I've found these two high street copies. Which one do you think is nicer? http://www.riverisland.com/products/...42_x_large.jpg

doh, can't link properly. http://www.missselfridge.co.uk/promo...004/index.html under 'Limited Editions'.
Also i'm a bit worried about them arriving squashed, but i doubt my local branches will have them in. Do you think they would arrive intact?
    Thanks everyone!
    Answer:
I love the River Island one but have resisted because I have nowhere to wear it :-(
    Answer:
My immediate reaction was chicken farmer goes line dancing. Hat is OK, not keen on the trim.
    Answer:
I love The Hat, Its Funky.
I'd probebly Look Stupid in it, but I do like It. x
    Answer:
I like the look (no feathers please), but have seen the hat in quite a few high-st shops now (TS, Kookai, HM)... I'd be put off by too many people wearing it like the done-to-death Boho/Sienna look....
How about going for something vintage?

    none on ebay :(
    Answer:
    Sorry never heard of them.

I'm going to Liverpool for the weekend can anyone recommend me any places to go, as in shops..... :)
I guess all the Highstreet shops are there but what are the best places to go for bargains etc...
and more importantly is there a HM or Primark :D  :o
Any advice would be appreciated :)
    Fank-u, very excited :)
    Answer:
    try
go to the Cavern Walks - some decent shops there - might get a bargain I dunno, but they are decent shops.
Cavern Walks - is unsuprisingly on Matthew Street.
    Good luck.
    Answer:
    Thanks angel I will :)
    Answer:
    Hi
We have HM and there's also a TK Maxx. Sometimes (especially on a Saturday  ) they can be a bit jumble sale-y.
The nearest Primark is in Birkenhead which is on the Wirral. You should be able to get a train easily from Liverpool Central to Birkenhead and I think it would probably take about 10 minutes.
The majority of the shops are on Church Street which is the main shopping area.
    Where are you staying?
    Answer:
    Arrice Mayse!!
I live in the city centre and go shopping nearly every day and imo, it's pretty poor. We have a good TopShop and HM and a decent sized Zara but thats about it. The TKMaxx is rubbish compared to the others I have been in and we don't have anything else that you don't find on any other high street.
Cavern Walks has Vivienne Westwood and Cricket, which are kept open by Coleen McCloughlin and Jennifer Ellison and I would avoid at all costs unless you think Pucci moonboots are the way forward in fashion. The only other shop in there is Drome which sells a bit of Miss Sixty etc and a baby designer clothes shop.
There are a few shops up Bold Street like Bulletproof which sells one offs clubbing tops and a bit of vintage and just behind the main shopping road (Church Street) is an 'alternative' collection of shops called Quiggins.
The Primark in Birkenhead is really small and imo, not worth a visit.
Sorry to put a downer on things, but there really isnlt anything special here although we do have all the shops if you see what I mean?
What else are you doing during your stay??
