Help needed
Hiya,
I bought a pair of Tan knee high boots today in TK maxx. They were only £2, I kid you not:yay:
They fit me perfect in the foot but I can't do the blasted zip up.
I can do it up about 1/3 but no more.
I was thinking about poosibly trying to find someone to maybe put some elastic in them so that they would fit me.
Has anyone ever done this?
Do you think It would work?

I think that if you went to a cobblers they would alter the boots for you, but I'm not sure how much it costs. Try doing a search on here, Im sure there have been a couple of other threads about getting shoes altered.

Hello Baggers!
My very lovely boyfriend bought me these boots for Valentines Day.
I adore them, they are so fab and really comfy. The only thing is, they gape quite a bit just below the knee. If I look down I can see most of my leg inside the boot, lol.
Is this the way they are meant to be - quite loose and slouchy? or should I take them back as my calves are too skinny....?

I think they're supposed to be like that as they are pull on boots, not fitted? You've prolly just got lovely thinner legs than most to suffer this problem with this pair of boots (they'd probably be tight on my calves :o :mad: )

I have seen these type of boots on the likes of the lovely Sienna Miller, and they deffinitly gape all around the leg.
I think that's the idea, and come to think of it, I sat opposite a very large girl no the train the other day, and her carves were spilling over the top of the boots, it looked pretty awful
So I reckon you should be happy they are gaping:yay:

Well my flight's at 9am but my cuz is 5 mins away and I'm staying at his as he's driving me to the airport tomorrow.
